Returns

We want you to be excited about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your LTHRshaving.com purchase, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.

A Return Authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please email hello@LTHRshaving.com or call 781-205-9211 to request a Return Authorization. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Once you have received your Return Authorization, please ship the return to the below address. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

LTHR will only provide returns on products purchased from LTHRshaving.com. We are not able to take returns on products purchased anywhere but on LTHRshaving.com. If you’ve purchased LTHR product(s) through one of our partners’ stores or websites and wish to return it, please return it to the place of purchase.

If you should need further information regarding the return of any LTHRshaving.com product, please do not hesitate to call us at 781-205-9211.

Shipping fees are only eligible for a refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by LTHRshaving.com or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Once we are in receipt of the return, your refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be credited back to the method of payment used for purchase.

 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 781-205-9211 or via email at hello@LTHRshaving.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Damaged items will be exchanged for new product.
