Order Processing

LTHR charges sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of California.

Payment for LTHR products can be made by:

PayPal – Visa – American Express – Mastercard – Discover

Orders received between Monday and Friday before 12:00PM PST will be processed the same day. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Overnight orders will be processed for next day delivery, if received by 2:00pm PST.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to shipping, only bank-approved purchases will be processed and shipped.

You may view the status of your order history by signing into Your Account and selecting Order History from the selection bar. The Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

International Orders

At this time, LTHR is able to ship to customers living in the United States and Canada. Shipping Options & Rates

Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Standard Service

Complimentary Standard Shipping for all continental U.S. orders (excludes Alaska & Hawaii)

Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 business day, depending on product availability.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.

2-Day Service

Delivery prices are automatically calculated based on your zip code and delivery type when you place your order.

Orders shipped via 2-Day Service are processed and shipped in 1 business day, depending on product availability.

Most orders shipped via 2-Day Service are delivered in 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date

2-Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
